Exchange logistics

First three nights we slept in Fuentenueva hostel, placed in El Escorial. Third day we had to sleep in Los Maristas wich is another hostel in Los Molinos, to where we moved by bus, our normal transport method. A catering has took responsability of all the meals except for some of the days we had visits (Madrid, Segovia and El Escorial). 

The man who cooked and brought us the meals was a very good cooker and he was always on time for the meal time. He was also very considerate with vegetarians, vegans and people with alergies.

However, for breakfasts we organize ourselves. Each of the teams took turns every day to have all the elements to use at this moment (and to notify if we should buy more), in addition to taking care of cleaning the kitchen as well as helping to serve the food, following the indications on the subject of vegetarians, vegans and allergics.
